i understand that president obama has been working on that inaugural address that you talked about. scheduled to last 20 minutes. i don't know if he will stick to that time frame apparently he is going to acknowledge the differences in congress, that were in his first time, but also talk about the responsibility that both sides have to find common ground and move forward. the speech does need to be up lifting. second term speeches are rarely terribly inspiring. more of an olive branch speech to try to find some peace between both sides and sometimes it's more poetry than policy. as you mentioned, mike it's expected he would be discussing policy more in his state of the union speech later. a couple of people have asked who pays for this inauguration, especially since it's the second term. it is really necessary. it comes from a combination of funds. there are funds that come from the federal budge, that are set a-- budget, that are set aside. security, police, all the barricades needs to be paid for and also private donations obviously go towards a big part of paying for this second
